Who did you speak to?
Ask them to explain on what basis your claim is out of date.
Get them to put that in writing (not email) to you
I know the first name of the person, as they'd said 'Hi I'm xyz', but not their full name. It was one of the people I spoke to when calling their helpline to follow up.
