- What are the service charges like?
- Is there a sinking fund to cover large bills?
Most important of all - is it an ex Council flat? (ie with potential huge bills whenever the Council decides to do some work on the block as a whole).0 -

Hi Nicy, no offer could be a mixture of things.
Size of rooms, garden, Parking.
Decluttering.
Price.
We had 35 viewings in 20 days before an offer. Then had x2 at once.
We had to drop the price.
Just keep cleaning and decluttering.

Have you made your agent aware that you are open to offers and perhaps the type of offer you would be interested in?
When we recently purchased...we were aware that the property we looked at was perhaps not as realistically priced as we would like and and asked if the vendor would be open to offers....the EA was able to confirm quickly that they were after a quick sale and we offered whaat we thought the property to be worth.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
