I - like many of you I'm sure - received an email week before last about 2 packs of 30 bedding plants which were 'garden ready' for £11.98, and would be despatched on 6/7 July for delivery by 10 July.
Great deal!
Um, no. Following the placement of my order, and payment being made, no delivery arrived. Bit annoying, seeing as I had planned on planting everything at the weekend.
Log in to their 'order history' system and find that one of my packs of plants has been 'cancelled' and the other is 'awaiting stock'.
Nice of them to let me know!
Needless to say, I've cancelled the whole thing - it's the third time I've ordered from T&M and been disatisfied with their level of customer service and product quality on each occasion. Goodness knows why I thought it would be different this time!

Have you contacted customer services to let them know of your dissatisfaction? You might receive a gesture of goodwill by way of apology?0
