When measuring a monitor screen size, do you measure horizontally or diagonally?
I have bought a 22" screen, but its only 20" across but Dell tell me their sizes are quoted diagonally.

It's normally diagonal.

Always corner to corner ie; bottom left to top right and only the actual screen size.0
