Next oversell. By the time you get the item in 10 weeks it could very well have been returned by 3 or 4 people. This is also why you often don't get item at all because they estimate how many people will return them.

No it isn't. They make stuff for the outlet stores though. When you get your slot check the item numbers against the current directory and you'll see it's current season and left overs from the previous sale.

I agree, normally I get everything delivered on the following Saturday after the VIP slot.

I checked out a 1st order quickly with delivery so that I would not lose my basket, that is still just saying order placed on my account.

Then I placed a 2nd order for collection from store, and I was able to pick up the 2nd order on Monday...

I have had a few sale items from Ireland in the past with prices in Euro but I don't think Next bring in anything from outside u.k.!

We know you're looking forward to getting your Sale Order. Some of the items which we told you were in stock may not get to you by Wednesday 22nd July. We're sorry about this and our warehouse team are working really hard to get these parcels to you by Friday 24th July 2015.

Same here, the stuff that was in stock is just saying order placed, full price items are being delivered as normal though. The shop sale finishes early next week so that stock will go online or sent out to those on waiting lists, that may speed things up a bit or make it worse as they'll a whole new load of orders!

We go away on the weekend and I'm really hoping I'll get some things by then, fingers crossed x

I got the sorry but it's all late e-mail... Like cha��! 2 emails to them and not an answer. I had better luck on Facebook... Had an apology from Lakmini and a 2-3 days more, which just isn't good enough. Apparently emails are being q'd for 4-5 days �� I'd rather have an over estimation of delivery times than be left waiting in for days on the off chance something comes.
I also asked for the name and address of the CEO, funny never heard a thing after that.

Processed at local depot
planned for delivery to xxxx on Wed 22nd July

Fingers crossed!
