10 weeks is ridiculous! Even my instock items say to collect in store from 26 July over 10 days from when i placed my order.
Does anyone know why Next have such long waiting times like 10 weeks? If i order something it's cause i want to wear it now, not in over 2 months time.:beer:0 -

I ordered a pair of school shoes, delivery time 6 weeks. I may just get them before school starts........

Nextdirect have websites in aound 65 countries and it's only the UK site that has online sales so I suspect that we get all their excess stock from around the world and that's why it takes so long as it has to be shipped here and repackaged.0

No, all my items were in stock when I ordered them last Wednesday.
Balance shows the amount owing but order says packed and left warehouse as of today and 2 items just say reserved items on them.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. the first of my orders (25 items) has arrived in store today. The rest is main due in 4-6 weeks although 2 items not due until Sept 24rd. Good job they are not needed quickly as just sizing up for the kids next year.0

I used the contact form to very politely ask when I could expect my parcels, not a thing in return. Customer service used to be their forte at Next, but not anymore it seems :-(
You just know the parcels will arrive when I'm miles away at physio in the next 2 days!

Well I ordered at 6pm on Wednesday & still havent had a thing. Why does it take them so long, theres lots of items of mine that were in stock grrr! Ordered a dress yesterday, expected date September 28th! No doubt it will have been tried on several times by the time I get it!0
