Can the above be cancelled when no contract signed??? (too good to not take it) still awaiting on mine to come in post (today or 2moro) but been ask if i can work another month which also mean a delayed in payment..

    Yes.

    So called voluntary redundancy (technically there is no such thing) is in fact a mutually agreed termination.

    So the terms and conditions are whatever has been agreed. By the sound of it you and your employer have not finalised an agreement so they can back out or change the offer as they wish.
