Foreign language looks like chinese

I use the trip advisor air travel forum This am there are approx 16 instances where questions/Questions are in Chinese like language athe remained are in English I reckon there are more responses since I looked about 30 minutes
This is on my Tablet not checked it on laptop
Looked at settings English is shown
Any idea what the problem is Thanks Sue

It's spam to a forum, not alot you can do about it apart from ignore it.0

Tablet is android I put a post on Air Travel forum Been told it has been spammed Someone has reported it and it will be removed Just advised to not answer it
