bank charge reclaim on old lloyds tsb account

Hi, I have a very old account that I haven't used for years. It was with Lloyds TSB and the sortcode and address is now a TSB bank. I am going to reclaim bank charges on the account, but cannot find a contact address for TSB anywhere. Can someone help me please.

On what basis?

The banks won the charges court case so you cant complain about unfair bank charges any more. Financial hardship cases are still considered but that is CURRENT financial hardship and you indicate that this is an old account. So, you cant use financial hardship as a reason. The only other area is incorrect application of charges. i.e. a charge was made when it shouldnt have been made.

So, what reasons are you giving for your complaint?

Just wanted to double check as well if you mean Bank Charges or fees for a Packaged Bank Account...as in paying £10 a month for a 'gold' current account or similar?
