Travel insurance comparison without giving personal details/email?

Need USA/annual worldwide multi trip insurance. Amex gave a quote based on age/gender alone but it was high - £400 if you want the option of up to 3 month trip length.
All others I tried to get a quick quote from, including a comparison site, insist on collecting name, email address and sometimes even postal address before even getting to a ball-park quote.
Of course I can use bogus personal details and my spam sinkhole email address, but I find it too annoying to have to go through every site entering all these details. Also I don't trust the comparison sites to offer the best deal.
So what do you do to get a good quote before then going through Topcashback etc?

Many firms will extend to 90 days for a small extra premium.
The main hurdle for the USA is any pre-existing medical condition; even an undeclared in-growing toenail will invalidate any treatment for a cardiac problem! Well not quite, but you get the drift.0 -
InsureandGo have 90 days as standard on the Gold/Platinum and Black Annual policies. Around £90 per annum.0

If you want to use their sites then you must pay the piper and give them the marketing details they want. Obviously you can give them fake details whilst you are shopping around and only switch to real details once you've decided who to go with but you may find prices dont come out identically.0
