MBNA & Moorgate credit file confusion - please help!

Ok, in September 2010 I defaulted on my MBNA credit card. A company called Moorgate took over the account and we agreed a payment plan and I finished paying it off in November 2014. However... I have just checked my credit files and am epically confused.
According to all three agencies, the Moorgate account was set up in Jan 2009 (which was when I actually opened my MBNA account) and the default happened in September 2010. According to Equifax it was settled in Sept 2010 (sadly not!) and according to Experian and CallCredit, I have been in default with Moorgate every single month since September 2010 despite them showing the terms of the agreement and the fact I was making my monthly payments. The information on my MBNA account also wildly differs between each agency: Callcredit says it went to a Debt Arrangement in September 2012, Equifax says it was settled in September 2010 and Experian says it was in default through the whole of 2011 and then passed to a CAIS member in January 2012. Can anyone shed any insight on the link between the two companies and how best to go about getting the right info on my credit file? I know I should have a default registered for MBNA but should I also have a default registered to Moorgate? Added to this I’m living in Bolivia at the moment so I can’t communicate with these companies via registered mail for at least the next six months. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
