    As Redx and bazster have pointed out, keeper liability is no longer an option for them as they know, and have acknowledged they know by sending a POPLA code, the driver. Dead, buried.

    Make sure you complain to the BPA and DVLA though. Also make sure you ask the BPA to issue sanction points.

  • OK guys - am on the case and will be complaining to DVLA and BPA asap. Will post the response I get.
