Nationwide Current Accounts?

Applied over two weeks ago now online, was accepted for o/draft, cheque book & Debit card. They stated that you will receive documents in the post in 5 working days, but thats long up now. My brother applied several weeks before me and he received his paperwork in about 10 days.

Anybody else recently applied for an account and waited for a while to receive their paperwork?

Thanks.
Ben ;)

I applied two weeks ago for a basic a/c. Went to Nationwide to open it. Still Nothing in the post.
    Don't waste your words I don't need,
    Anything from you.
    I don't care where you've been or,
    What you plan to do.

    A tale of woe

I applied online waited for documents, nothing arrived. NW claimed they were sent.
    NW 'sent' more, nothing arrived.
Went to the local branch, filled in paperwork again, idendtification stuff, they sent the stuff to head office. It got lost
This time I got annoyed on the phone to them, and they agreed to send the forms once more to my home address by special delivery, which duly arrived the next day
Now I have to get all the identification papers sorted again.

I'm losing the will to live
