stag weekend - late flights for sat night

I must be mad offering to ask this on behalf of my husband to be!!!
My OH wants to go abroad for his stag do. Preferably somewhere close by like Amsterdam. BUT hes a dedicated rugby player and can't miss any games as hes taking time off for our actual wedding and honeymoon.
My suggestion was therefore to fly out after a match on a saturday evening and fly home on the monday - still effectively giving him and his mates a weekend away.
However, after trawlling flight operators websites the flights to amsterdam don't leave late enough for him to catch. Ideally he needs a flight leaving at 8pm or later.
He can travel the 3rd or 10th November from Edinburgh or the 16th November from glasgow airport.
Can anyone recommend an airline with late flights and/or other european destinations for us to search on? Price is flexible, as long as he and a couple of his mates can go he'll be happy. I'm not quite sure where to look next.
any help, ideas or general thoughts are really appreciated.

sloppychops - that sounds like a fab location - but the late flight needs to be on the saturday night - I'm off to check their website now....
edit: good idea, but apparently it has to be a flight from glasgow, and not prestwick - shame really as that looked fun.....
