Locating dishwasher thermostat?

I have a countertop dishwasher (Bush WQP6-3202-FS11) which doesn't seem to be heating up properly. Google results suggest the thermostat is a likely problem, and quite simple to find and check on many models.
Counter top versions are more tricky if https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykwxryeMtTY is anything to go by.
Can anyone advise if it's easy to find & access, or is it one best left to the professionals, which considering the price of this one, and the likely cost of fixing it, will result in a trip to the recycling centre.

More likely to be the heater or some wiring fault. Is the heater visible & if so does look OK?
I wouldn't take too much notice of American dishwasher videos.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
