Good afternoon,
Just moved into new house (approx 30 years old). Most of the walls have blemishes, previously been wallpapered, then stripped and painted.
Instead of having the walls reskimmed, can anyone recommend any of these polyfiller type basecoat paints, prior to a topcoat paint.
