The critical thing is the Mbna cards. Most of out sc payment will go to them and "if" it's unenforceable I don't want that to continue.
Advise much appreciated
Hopefully the delay will give you time to identify the enforceability (or otherwise) of the MBNA debts. Then you can include, or not, in your SC DMP from the start.

It wouldn't hurt to start the initial CCA process now, rather than waiting for the outcome of our 'investigations'. That way you will know what they hold document-wise and will have the knowledge whether to proceed to unenforceability or not that little bit sooner :beer:DFW Nerd No. 1484 LBM 07/01/15 Debt was £95k  Now debt free and happy :j0 -

Someone pointed me to a template letter, but I can't find the link. However, below is what I sent through (I didn't change anything, but would like to have acknowledge the original poster/link). Remember not to sign with your signature, but sign electronically.

Just one last question though! Sorry to be so dim:o
What do you mean by signing electronically please? You'll have guessed that I'm not very computer-literate:rotfl:0 -

Type the letter and change the font for your signature to a handwritten type font, e.g. Alex Brush, Brush Script etc.
Otherwise just handprint your name in capitals. Important part is do not use your signature.DFW Nerd No. 1484 LBM 07/01/15 Debt was £95k  Now debt free and happy :j0
