Thanks for the comp - is this online anywhere (the most recent one I can find online is Winter 2014), or would we have to be Norfolk residents to receive a copy of the magazine ?
Is there anything in the Ts and Cs about this?

The link on the Tour of Britain site leads to THIS ENTRY PAGE on the Chain Reaction Cycles website

Not sure if it's the same competition or not, and can't find an end date, but looks like a more expensive bike

I think they are seperate competitions - and there are no t & c's to exclude those outside Norfolk that I can see.
