P2P Global Investments

Just been looking at the P2P Global investments prospectus.

Just wondered if anyone else had come across this company and had any views of the IPO.

I have shares in it from a previous IPO.

I am a bit concerned this time because one of its attractions was it'll have a shareholding in platforms but its becoming so big that it's diluting those shareholdings substantially.

Also, it's management fees are ridiculously high - 1% plus a 15% performance fee that is so easy to achieve.

I am more interested in GLI Alternative Finance. It's another P2P investor but it has a manger with a good reputation and LOW FEES and it's targeting a much higher dividend (probably as a result of its low fees).

I like the asset class, just not too sure about P2P Global any more.
