Hi everyone
We bought a dining room table and chairs 3 months ago, but twice the table had to be replaced due to major faults with it. So, we've just been refunded and now have £900 and £100 > £1000 (another refund) credit in our account right now.
My concern, is that we want to close the account now, due to the cashback being stopped. Will Cap 1 pay this £1000 into our bank account, if we request this?
Many thanks for your help. :A

If you received cashback on the £900 and/or £100 then they may want to recover that. Have a look at the cash back T&C.0
