Combination of elements / Partner student finance.

Me: currently working part time / working tax credit, disability element. Low income, living with parents.

My partner: Due to start final year of Uni, student finance, child tax credit/benefit with our 2 year old daughter.

We really want to live together but will be penalised , as apparently her student finance with be halved if we do live together (based on my 2013 /14 income) , and the nursery fees will be reduced. Would we still get the same level of help if we lived together taking into account my current health condition / low income/ tax credits?

There are quite a few elements involved here, tax credit, disability income, student finance, nursery , child tax, benefits.
