What to do With Evidence Received from POPLA Appeal?

Hi
I parked without displaying a ticket, but for a oversight I feel the fine is extravagant punitive. I have made a POPLA appeal against a parking ticket with advice from people over at PePiPoo.
I have received so documents from the parking company rebutting some of the points made in my claim. I'm not sure if I'm meant to do anything at this stage?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
