One of my clients just changed how we submit data to them by using a web based form called Jot Forms. Theres lots of standard forms and templates on it and they are easy to customise or you can create your own. Using submit buttons they get sent to the cloud and the originator (you) can extract all your responses from clients, friends, employees, customers etc. For many this will save lots of time which most know is money saved. If you are good with spreadsheets the excel/css downloads give you the data for feedeback evalution and reports or orders...
