Hi folks
I'm a member of a sailing club that has just gone into administration. I paid my full years membership subscription using my Natwest credit card in April. Do I have a claim against Section 75 for a full or partial refund of my membership fee?
Cheers

Assuming it was over £100 then you'd have S75 protection.
If the club ceases trading you'd be entitled to a partial refund for your unused months of membership. Obviously if it comes out of administration and continues trading then you wouldnt be0 -
