Kitchen splashbacks

Has anyone any advice on kitchen splashbacks? Due to the cost of using glass I understand that acylic is also available as an option but not read any reviews about them. The glass does reflect a wonderful reflection and not sure if acrylic will create the same appearance. Is acylic an inferior substitute? Thanks

Its not really an alternative at all. It will scratch easily compared to glass. It has very little heat resistance.
Its not just glass but toughened glass you want behind a hob. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
