Hi just need some advice. I have a delinquent by a bank for £5 overdraft fee which i didnt pay for 6months. The letters were going to an old address and my fault for not changing the address as i barely used the account and didnt take notice of it. I spoke to the bank and they wont do anything about it, is there any other way i can get this removed, as i got refused for a loan application. Pls help thanks

In short, no. It's correct information."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0

They use that as an excuse to continue to shaft you. They can remove it if they want to.
Don't forget, the credit referencing industry is used by banks and others to, in effect, blackmail you. This is a classic example. If you ring them up, explain the situation and pay that massive debt, if they're reasonable they'll remove the marker that's currently blacklisting you; but I wouldn't hold my breath.0
