Had paid for advance ticket, specified train only, but missed train by 1.5 hours due to lovely people from London Underground being on strike.
No hassle from Virgin, stamped my ticket for next available train, no charge, no argument!
Congratulations to Virgin for not cashing in on people's misery :beer:

Standard practice, able to travel on any service the day before, during or after as close as possible to the time on your booked ticket. Nothing specal and not Virgin all the ATOC's doHad paid for advance ticket, specified train only, but missed train by 1.5 hours due to lovely people from London Underground being on strike.
