Two PPCs killed with one stone in Court today

The bottom-feeders are discovering that there's a world of difference between, on the one hand, having a gorilla slap a wheel-clamp on and refuse to remove it until a wad of cash is handed over, and on the other hand having to use the law to pursue awkward non-payers.
They are too stupid to do it themselves (just look at this TESGB bloke, after all it was his duff paperwork even if Gladstones did fail to spot it) and it's simply not cost-effective to have a solicitor do a professional job, so Gladstones has sold them this bargain-basement pup of a service.
A handful of court defeats and they'll soon get fed up with it (and with Gladstones) and revert to letting debt collectors do the chasing and being grateful for those who simply pay up. Most of them simply don't issue enough tickets for a PE-style percentages game to work.
Gladstones have even sold them a lemon over the IAS. So the PPC will win nearly all appeals. Does that equate to paying punters? Of course not, those who appeal are the ones least likely to pay anyway, so many of the IAS wins are going to be pretty hollow victories!Je suis Charlie.0
