Amazon £20 delivery again

My account is showing £20 minimum spend needed for free delivery again. Is this across the board or am I just unlucky with them picking me out as thinking I'll add to my basket.

    It changed about 3 months or more ago- there is a long thread on here somewhere about it.

    Thanks all. I remember the thread running a while ago and used the search facility but couldn't find it. Latest I remember is that they back tracked at one point and put it back down to £10. I really should crawl out from under my rock more often!
