Waitrose: how to escalate complaint

Here's a post I never thought I'd need to write... even the best companies can slip...

I've had some major issues with an online order from Waitrose, and I've made a complaint.
I received an automated response with a number, but they are not replying to the complaint.
I'll give them a few more days but then I I'll have to escalate it.

I have to say that although I'm normally fairly switched on, Waitrose (and John Lewis) are a company I've never had to worry about, I don't know what is going on with them, they used to be very reliable with their deliveries (and I've never had any reason to contact their customer service).

Have other people had the same problem? Did they email the chief executive? Or what about a service like Resolver?

Call head office switchboard, ask for an email for Mark Price's office - they'll put you in touch with someone that can help.
