Phoning NHS patients re appointments - which job?

Hi There use to be a job phoning NHS patients about their appointments, wondering if anyone can remember who it was with. It was often mentioned on sure boom but they don't seem to exist anymore. Thank you

I've worked in shops and offices in the past so do have some customer service skills, just nothing long-term or recent. I may as well apply as any money would help.

Thank you also for the sensee link, I will look into this more as I vaguely recall this mentioned in my brief search on this board.
