Advice regarding Regal Credit and Credit Check

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice. I received an automated call this evening from Regal Credit asking me to call them.
To my knowledge I have no outstanding debt.
Having researched Regal I have found that whilst they are a legit company there are numerous negative stories about them.
I have sent off for a credit report to see if there are any discrepancies on there.
What do you guys think the best action is; to ignore them if the credit report is clear? or to engage them and potentially have them harass me?
Any advice is much appreciated, cheers guys

Yeah, the fact that they didn't use my name seemed a bit sus too, will ignore them unless they send a letter. Cheers for the reassurance.0
