Unreasonable Excel fine

Hi, I could do with some advice. We had a parking fine from Excel today, it showed via photo that our car entered the car park at 19.56 and left 75 minutes later. You only need to pay until 20.00 and it would have taken about 4 minutes to park and walk to the machine by which time we didn't need to pay. We are not paying this fine but I'm looking for some advice as to how to go about it

You didn't get a fine, you got an invoice.
The NEWBIES thread explains it all.
And there's no such thing (really) as a reasonable parking company invoice.
