Hi I've been asked to provide extra info by phone, however I cannot get through to them, I'm constantly on hold for nearly an hour before I give up when the wait time they say is approx 20 mins. I really don't know what to do as I can't afford to be on hold for so long. Has anyone else had similar problems with them?
I will lose 2 stone by this summer!!!!!!

Concentrix are extremely busy at moment.
Best to ring at 8am on the dot.
I used to get straight through then but then sometimes 30 mins!0
