Changing servers on Windows Live Mail 2012

I need some help please.
I've recently changed from TalkTalk to BT Broadband and I use Windows Live Mail 2012.
I would still like to receive and send e-mails on WLM (all my contacts are in there and the old e-mails from when I was on TalkTalk) and am just wondering how to do it. I'm a bit of a technophobe so I will need it explained in a simple manner please.
Also, how do I set up a BT e-mail? For some reason can't see it on their website.
Your help will be much appreciated.
