Does smart parking limited ever take any one to court?
Was issued with a penalty notice, appealed and lost.
Had a letter threatening bailiff action.
Just received a letter from county court not checked if genuine yet.
Can anyone help

not usually
better check if the court papers are real
no bailiffs are going to come unless it goes to court , you lose, you dont pay the judgment within 28 days, a CCJ is issued
only then can bailiffs be instructed for enforcement0 -
