I got the hotel offer. Which is unappealing as, as others have pointed out, all the venues are in Scotland.
They say in the T&C that all the hotels (they claim they have 100+ signed up) are listed on the site - but that's not true - there are just the 'featured' ones. And as those are consistently Scottish I'm suspicious that they are all northern.
One night away in Scotland? Ok for some I'm sure. But from where we are it would take us 5 hours just to get there. And 5 to get back. Hardly a relaxing night away! So no thank you TSB. This is not going to make me switch!
I think TSB's marketing people should quietly file this one away in the 'we could have done better' file.
And maybe find a more convincing promotions partner - the partner site is, as others have said, rather unconvincing. And insecure.0 -
