Letter from Gladstone Solicitors

Hi
I received a couple of parking tickets around 18 months ago for overstaying in Asda supermarket. I spoke to several people and read a tonne of forums at the time, all of which the advise was to ignore. I received around 7 or so letters which I never did anything with. Today I've received a letter from Gladstone Solicitors advising that if I do not make the payment of £340 within 14 days, their client may now instruct them to take action in the County Court. I'm not sure what to do here since I have ignored everything this far. I assume unless I pay, I will see a County Court summons through my door at some point? Your help would be appreciated.

you are not alone
read this
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5283507
and read the sticky threads
see who it says the payment should go to , or if it says "may"
it could be a debt collector letter
or a real LBC
the point is , which is it ?
host a redacted pic on tinypic and link it in your reply if you want people to check it (change http to hxxp)0 -
Thanks for the reply. I have tried to post a link with the letter picture but as a newbie it's states i'm not allowed? The letter states the word 'may' take court action' and that payment should be made to Debt Recovery Plus. I think i am at the point of no return now.0

They may send a herd of rhino round on a number 9 bus, more debt collectors bog paper.0

that is why I said the following
change the http to hxxp
make sure your pic is reacted too, no personal info
IGNORE drp0 -
-
yep, thats what I got, nothing at all , lol
either a bad link or user error0 -
if you read it carefully you will see its actually from DRPL or DRP, debt recovery plus
the payment is also to DRP
so its a debt collector letter dressed up as a solicitors letter
IGNORE IT
ps- you did not redact your name, nor the DRPL ref number either
I suggest you do so and change that pic asap0 -
Better but annoyingly sideways. Standard debt collector letter, ignore.Je suis Charlie.0

It wasn't taken sideways so i am not sure why it has uploaded as such. Do you think this is just another threat or should i take this seriously?0
