DLA/PIP and CA

I am assuming that neither DLA/PIP or CA are being fundamentally changed in the budget - ie Being taxed or made dependant on income or savings ?

If so - I have done pretty well in the budget - no losses as far as I can make out for me, personally ...

It's interesting that another poster has gone silent, just as he's started posting again.

ive had no loss either ( may get direct payments cut next year but will have to wait and see) but i'm so angry about the changes to ESA WRAG.
i really don't understand how they can treat sick/disabled people as though they were just unemployed through choice

I agree - these MPs need to live in the real world and realise that living with a disability is an extra expense !!

I know it's been said before but you'd think Cameron would understand and empathise because of their poor little son. One rule for them, etc....

But he was one of the 'most disabled' that they're protecting.
The very, very disabled (technically ones that tick the right boxes) do not have to face contributory ESA time-limiting, only have their benefit mostly frozen, and are not expected to do anything to get into work. (even though they may be fitter for some work than some in the work-related group).

The fact that the cartoon 'The support group is for the most disabled" is a lie is conveniently forgotten.
