Ordered a Kubrick chair in a one day flash sale on 29 June and paid for Saturday delivery. The item said "dispatched within 5 working days" so I assumed I'd get it the following Saturday. Come the start of this week I was wondering why my item was not showing as preparing for dispatch so Tweeted them... very quick response, turned out my payment had somehow not registered but delivery is now scheduled for this Saturday and I've been given £30 back as compensation! Lots of moans on the web about made.com but their service over Twitter is good.
