Hi,
I received an ANPR PCN today 9th July for an overstay on the 6th April 2015. Does anyone know if there is a time limit as to when they had to send me the notice.
I'm new to this so any help gratefully received.

its 14 days for an anpr postal notice, the NEWBIES sticky thread tells you all about it
you should still appeal, using the template letter , add a point saying that due to the amount of time taken to arrive, under POFA 2012 its not valid and they should go chase the driver, who will not be named
do not reveal the drivers details, or infer who was driving, dont help them , help yourself
they have 6 years to chase the driver0 -
