Hi All,
just received a PCN at Robin park Wigan. I am a disabled driver and parked in a disabled bay displaying my blue badge as required. On returning to my car I found a PCN on my windscreen for not displaying my blue badge which had fallen into the foot well without me noticing. Any advice on how to proceed would be very much appreciated.
Total time on car park less than 15 mins, purchase at one store made.

bear in mind the BB isnt valid on private land (but the EA 2010 is) , so I also suggest you contact the landowner or managing agent and get a cancellation asap

I sat waiting for the mother in law to have an eye test a few day's ago at this scaming place ..... to fill my time I was reading though this illustrious forum ....... when I noticed a certain {polite mode on} person with camera waiting for people to leave the site .......... He issued 3 tickets ..... and being a good person I spoke to all three :A (the irony was not lost)

anyway back on track.... follow the forum advice and you will win this
