Making a complaint about staff in assessment centre?

Hi I'm wondering where I can file a complaint for the Romford assessment centre.

Yesterday I was there for an assessment and at approximately 2:49pm a lady came in and was told by the g4s security (who is also the receptionist) that they're gonna be an hour late, she said she can't stick around that long because of her condition and left.

After she had left the said security officer went on a tirade speaking to his colleagues, shouting obscenely saying things like "all of them should be at work" (pointing to the waiting area direction) and "if this was America they wouldn't have gotten sh*t", "none of these people are sick they're wasting our money" he went on for a while and everyone in the waiting area just looked down trying not to hear it.

Anyway I was highly offended and thought that was so unprofessional and would like to make a formal complaint to someone.

Can anyone help me out?

Can you obtain the cctv recordings that will have been made in the assessment centre?
Did you record this incident on your mobile phone?
I would pursue this complaint, try and get your MP involved too. Was it ATOS ?
These sort people need weeding out and teaching a lesson.

If the guy was employed by G4S then surely it is them that you need to direct your complaint to ?

I would imagine someone waiting to go in for an assessment would not want to be confronting an abusive male G4S security guard :eek:

I made a lengthy and entirely successful civil complaint against my ATOS assessor - I am aware this isn't your complaint but it can and should be done. At the same time I made a maladministration complaint against DWP because of the gross mishandling and outright lies they told me on the phone regarding my PIP claim. I audio record everything to do with ATOS/DWP so was able to provide evidence they couldn't deny.
In my opinion there was no way anyone should have confronted the g4s 'guard'. From now on if you decide to complain do it all by writing with a copy or record your calls.

Why not, - they're a lowly paid employee, not the police!

I'd have made a video their rant on my phone and post up the links to the youtube upload onto the g4s facebook / twitter account if they had one.
