How long between applications?

Not really replying to anyone in particular: It's all good in theory that if two or more accounts are applied for at the same time the lenders won't see them. But interest rates and credit limits can be changed almost at will by the lender and accounts can be withdrawn. On subsequent credit checks if a lender sees that there is more credit than previously found on a search whole accounts can be withdrawn. It's also most likely a contravention of the T&Cs if you don't declare something which may affect a credit decision.
Much better particlarly in credit applications to be honest.0 -
A manager in the local Santander told me that a search (usually) doesn't show up on the credit report until next day. So if I apply for two/several cards on the same day, they won't "see" each other.0

I believe applications only form a small percentage of your total credit score. My online nationwide application went wrong and submitted the same application 7 times. I was still able to get a barclaycard a few days later.0
