My Father in Law bought a voucher for a meet & greet parking at Manchester airport via Amazon. The company is National Airport Parking.
1. They cancelled his parking meet and greet with less than 24 hours before his flight.
2. He contacted them for a refund
3. They told him to speak to amazon
4. Amazon have offered him a credit voucher.
Is he not entitled to a full refund back on his debit card?

Have amazon refused to issue a refund? Or has he not asked them yet?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Amazon have offered him an Amazon credit voucher to the same value, which he is unlikely to ever use.Total claimed so far....over £40k! All for friends and relatives, who needs claim companies when we've got Martin!0

They are unable to provide what he paid form so they need to refund via the same method he paid.
If he paid with credit card, they should refund the card. He needs to be more direct with them.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
