what can i make with cooked burgers sausage or bacon ?

I used to make a big frittata with sausage and bacon. I'd put mushroom and tomato in too. Makes for a great brunch!

Thanks guys did the burger casserole tonight with HM giant Yorkie puds (about 7"tall ... Kids loved it !
I did tell them it was beef casserole (just missed the word burger out) can't belive it ... I hate wasting food but it's the first time in ages everyone had clean empty plates after

Think I'm gonna try shepards pie with them next time ... Will have to see what's. Left over on Sunday

You cook the burger, you sharpen your best knife, slice the burger cleanly, you chop the bacon removing any fat finely and mix with a blue smoke Salsa sauce with diced onion and place generously in the middle of the burger.
You toast the bun and lightly garlic butter the toasted surface whilst still warm.
One quick grind of fresh black pepper on the lightest dusting possible.

You bight, the black pepper bites, the beef sets its sweet rich flavour and the smoked blue salsa and bacon cools and you now have a Mexican beef burger that washes down with some chilled chianti.
