what can i make with cooked burgers sausage or bacon ?

Hi guys

I have a burger van at the boot sale that I run and I regularly have cooked burgers, bacon, sausage and buns leftover ...
I normally use these for the kids dinner on boot sale days but I was hoping that you guys could think of something more inspiring than just Burger in a bun or sausage\bacon sarnies as the boys are getting a bit sick of them

I normally freeze some but would love some tops on best ways to use them ... problem is one of my little ones won't eat anything with sauce in it so no pasta curries or pizzas (yep he drives me up the pole !) He will eat gravy though ...

I have a pretty good store cupboard and bits already in ..

Any advice would be great as I find that by using these 2 days a week it really keeps my shopping bill down

Thanks everyone

Chopped up bits of bacon & sausage are a standby for me, in risottos, quiches, stirred into baked beans or scrambled eggs.
I know it's not casserole weather, but I always add bits of bacon and / or sausage to casseroles, for taste and for the kids.....and I serve the sausages with the "gravy" and the adults have the casserole.
Burgers a bit more difficult if you can't chop them into a bolognese, but I think that chopped into baked beans would be fine.
I also see no reason they can't be minced / finely chopped into a shepherds' pie or similar.

Those burgers are screaming out to be 'braised' in an onion gravy, or minced up and made into shepherds pie ( id make meatballs or such but you have a child who doesnt like that food)

Bacon - make quiches or bacon pudding or those pastry things with cheese??? cant mind the name??? Or just make wee pasties with cheese and potaoto filling

Sausages, a whole host of dishes from casserole to toad in the hole. Or just sliced into a pasta dish with a dairylea and sweet chilli sauce

Thanks guys .. I've never thought of mincing the burgers for shepherds pies before :j I'm thinking I could even do it with dumplings ...
The sausages in toad in hole or caserole is a good idea to as my dad brings me a sack of potatoes once a fortnight so that would be fab !!

I wish they would eat beans or pasta but the littlest is do unbelievably fussy, it's like he has a phobia of sauce ... Gravy is about the best I can get and that is only within the last year ... I must have the only teenager who won't eat pizza ketchup rice or pasta

    Thanks again guys

Now and again I have been into the big local Tesco's late on a sunday afternoon with Dd when she wants to pick odds and ends up and their hot food counter often reduce the price of big cooked cumbeland sausages to about 60p each.I get one and let it cook down and once cold freeze wrapped in foil.Whe I want to use it I will defrost it and slice up and use in a sausage pasta dish for myself and DGS with some grated cheese on top it fills them up a treat when they have been out playing football and are ravenous I can fill three little boys tummys up(plus grandma's ) for under a quid including the grated cheese and pasta :):):)

Well had a fry up for dinner with some of what was left from today's ... Gonna freeze some of the bacon to do ham omlettes for brekkie for them at the weekend and I have enough burgers left to chop up and put in the slow cooker with diced pots peas and gravy, then make some giant Yorkie puds (all of which I have in) and that's tomorrows dinner sorted ... Yay
Thanks for the tips guys !!
