Hi,
Its my first time posting .Just over a month ago I bought a pair of shoes from an online store, when they arrived I tried on one and realized it was too big .I followed the returns policy, packaging the shoes well and filling in the returns card .I sent the shoes back by a signed for service courier so it could be tracked if needed . A month has passed ,Ive had no refund : ( and no email, phone call nothing at all .Over the last few days ,Ive sent several emails ,phoned their number many times - the phone just constantly rings nobody answers and no answer machine so I cant leave a message .Ive tracked the parcel and it did arrive and was signed for.Im running out of ideas as they are not responding to me at all and I have no way of contacting them .The shoes didnt cost a fortune but still £55 is a lot of money to me and to be honest its the principal .Why do they think its ok to treat people this way .Also they have their website etc which seems fine and they sent the shoes fine but basically they have stolen my money and I dont want other folk to have the same thing .
If anyone has any ideas of what else I can do I would really appreciate it .

Assuming you paid by card, seek a refund via your card issuer's chargeback scheme.
You might want to read MSE's Chargeback article first.
Keep all those emails and the proof that the shoes have been returned. You may need them.
How much was the purchase price?0
