Look what I found while surfing the net

Just found this when looking to get some new tyres on the web, seems like a good deal -

Receive a voucher to save 10% off servicing and repairs at Halfords Autocentres when booking tyres online from CarTyres.com.

And be told your car is knackered, needing new brakes, new shocks and a complete new exhaust, with a £900 bill. It'd take a lot more than 10% off for me to go anywhere near Halfrauds.

An offer you will probably regret taking up as you have your pants pulled down.

Ask cartyres why their address is not prominently shown which is a legal requirement.

Give the voucher to someone you do not like.

There is usually an "offer" on at Halfords if there is a "y" in the day ;)

However, you normally cannot use any "10% off" against an "offer" price as there is a "discount" already. :(

The average Joe that knows little about cars, is likely to succumb to the scare tactics.

The folks who know more about cars and are a little wiser, won't go near these places with a barge pole.
