Help needed with ppi

Hi wondering if anyone can help I have recently recieved a letter from Hsbc regarding two loans that I was unaware had ppi on. Both loans had a premium at the start and both loans were paid off early.
The loan amounts were 17900 and 7800 and I wandered if someone could help me with calculating what I am owed (incase they send me an offer). I don't have any details of the aor etc but I believe one of the loans was with household bank and the 1st loan was over a 10 year period.
Also because the back have contacted me does that give any indication as to the outcome ?
Thanks apologies for sketchy details

We cant as we would need to know the premium paid and the rebate returned on early settlement. However, if your complaint is successful, HSBC will give this information to you when they show the calculation. So, dont worry about it.Also because the back have contacted me does that give any indication as to the outcome ?
none whatsover. CCLs are issued to allow the lender to start the timebar clock ticking. The only criteria is whether you had PPI.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
